oh, my back!
My back is killing me. Since yesterday afternoon, whenever I move or bend the wrong way I get this sharp pain that shoots up my back and down my left leg!!!
ughh!!!! it is so painful.
I went to pee and couldn't get off the toliet...felt like I was paralyzed!!!

Sounds like a pinched nerve. I had that for about three weeks when I was about 10-13 weeks.

I slept with a pillow btw my legs, and put ice on it. Honestly, nothign really helped all that much. I kind of just had to wait it out and not do anything too strenuous. Feel better!

I had the same in early pregnancy, it was awful It ended up going away on its own.
Now I have a lot of back paid because the baby is getting bigger, I go to the chiro 3x a week and it helps.
