Not looking forward to the 94 degree temp on Monday!
Its going to be hot in the classroom--and we still have 3 weeks left! How am I going to keep their attention in this heat?

Yeah it's been bad enough the past couple of weeks even without the extreme heat.

My school has CAC, but of course, whose classroom does not get any cold air? You guessed it...mine! However, my neighbor's classroom is the frozen tundra. LOVE IT!

I am not looking forward to tomorrow either. My classroom is on the second floor and it is going to be stifling! I know it! My kids are working on their final too. I can hear the complaints now.

aaaah, can't wait to be in the hot 3rd floor rooms with no ac, crappy windows and being pregnant. Should be fun!

We have CAC in some of my building. The rest of the building has standard fans built in since there are no windows and the few windows that are there, you are not allowed to open because they are door windows. Still not going to be pretty. The kids were "done" with school last week - so this last week is going to be fun.

I'm not looking forward to it because I'm a sub, so as if they aren't already going to be thrown off because of the heat, putting me in there is just going to screw up their routine. I can't IMAGINE how cranky they will be tomorrow.

Today was BRUTAL. The fan was missing from my room so there was no breeze whatsoever. It felt like an oven in there.

I am on the second floor of a building that is over 100 years old. No AC, obviously. Today, we put a thermometer in the room and it was 110 degrees I can only imagine what tomorrow will bring 
PS- The kids (9th grade) were miserable & cranky too.

Is there a rule about the temperature that a school can't exceed? or a bldg? I mean, seriously, there's a rule about having heat. 103 degrees in a classroom is NOT healthy for anyone.

districts w/o ac here upstate sent the kids home early or had 1/2 days today.
Some even cancelled for tomorrow!
Luckily I have A/C but I worried for the rest of you guys!
