Yep..on occasion I would have to drop to my knees and put the top of my head on the floor to try to get blood back to it. That's if I couldn't make it to a chair quickly enough

HELL yeah... comes with the territory, especially in the summer. Make sure you drink LOTS of water!

I passed out - TWICE! So much extra blood & oxygen does weird things to your body!! If you feel dizzy try to lay on your left side to help it pass!

yes...I get dizzy too, when I over exert myself (or if it's too hot and muggy out like it is today)

This is a constant for me...I feel the same way. I just figured it was anxiety. I guess not!

I get it all the time... and shortness of breath. My hubby is so sick to death of hearing me complain about it  Just make sure you don't overexert yourself, especially with this heat, and drink lots and lots and lots of water!
