Oh boy...
I was sooooo bad this weekend...
I just got on the scale and I was up 4lbs- please tell me there is still hope for my weigh in on Friday...

Don't beat yourself up over it! We all have times when we indulge more than we should. Just get back on track....drink lots of water & eat well for the week.

When you said that you were soooo bad this weekend, I assumed that you over-indulged all weekend. One meal shouldn't really do that to you. It could be water retention and/or where you are in your cycle.

Well- I had a little cheat everyday... only 1 meal that was really bad...
Im allowed 22 pts/day- and I still had 35 flex points for the weekend...
Friday- 2pt breakfast
Lunch- chicken soulvalki and salad (no idea how many points)
5pt-dinner
Saturday
Breakfast: Nectarine 1pt
Lunch: half of a turkey and cheese sandwich w/ mayo (not sure how many points??)
a cookie ice cream sandwich from the ice cream man
Dinner- Taco bell- DEF. over indulged
Sunday
2pt breakfast
6pt lunch
8pts for dinner and a bag of sour watermelons... (not sure of pts)
AF is due this weekend... so I dont think thats effecting me...
Eghhh its the only thing I hate about dieting... when I do give myself a treat- I obsess about it for days and days

3 days of food won't pack on 4lbs that quickly - I bet you ate some salty food (i.e. Taco Bell and the sour candy) and so now you're seriously retaining water.
It's really important to flush your system, especially during these ridiculously hot days. Make sure you drink a lot of water, get back on track, and I'm sure the 4lbs will come off as quickly as they came.

Thanks...Im gonna drinks lots and lots of water these next few days!!!
I just dont get how I woke up and was one weight, and the very next day I was another...
Hopefully its just water and you guys are right...
I would like to lose this week... but at this rate Id be happy to at least stay the same...

i weigh myself too often too and it isn't a good thing. Makes me a little crazed. Don't worry...bet ya if you stay on track for the week things will work themselves out by Friday.
I was up a little this week too. DARN BEERs!!
