Sambucol - Anyone ever take it?
Someone mentioned it to me over the weekend because I tend to get a lot of respiratory infections. Was wondering if anyone uses it on a regular basis...

my voice teacher recommend this. she told me to buy the sugar free bottle.
it is very soothing and doesnt taste too bad either.
