GAH! Need advice!
So, down here, you have until June 1st to decide to leave your position (the district). If you leave after June 1st, you basically get blacklisted...
DH interviewed with another county in MD (about 2 hours from here) and was told he didn't get the position. He has no other leads for jobs.
He got offered the job today.
I don't know what to do. I want him to take the job, but taking the job means that I could never come back to this county, and could potentially lose my license (doubtful, but the county has that right).
I'm stuck :( Help!

I'm assuming you are going to move if he is going to be working 2 hours away.
I would let them know that your plans have changed and DH got offered that job.
You can't have any regrets if you leave. Or think "what if..."
