Usually sandwiches.
Sometimes I will make a wrap or salad, and other times, I will bring a LC or Smart Ones.

pack leftovers from dinner!! How about a salad- you can switch up a salad every day- put fruits in it one day, and put meats in it another.
soup? i know it is hot right now, but soup is always a good choice.

I always pack lunch for DH (he even makes his own lunches now).
Egg salad sandwhich, tuna, cold cuts, meatball hero, (loves) leftovers, are his favorites.
sometimes lean frozen meals, PB&J
When you make dinner, make a little extra, or while you cook something in the oven, throw in some chicken to make sandwhiches with.

I bring lunch everyday as well. My company has a cafeteria here , but im too fussy..
I bring my tuna, egg, or chicken salad. I bring melba toast for it. Its monotamous (sp) but i dont like to eat heavy lunches @ work,, If im home then its a diff story
