I got this one in my interview for my current job!!!
I answered, "My biggest weakness is that I really get too attached to the kids." It's true, and I think that answer got me the job. Good luck!

you need something that can also be seen as a positive... i've said that i am sometimes too detail-oriented...

i just read something about this with this example:
there are so many creative activities that I want to do with the students that there isn't enough time to do everything and that I must prioritize to make sure that what is most important is completed.

for me i think its that i like to work independently and kind of keep to myself a lot.
this can be good because i can get a lot done without help from others. but it can be bad, too becasue i might not always ask for help as soon as i should...
