Well, i have IBS, but its getting worse - sometimes a stabbing feeling, always bloating, cramps, and urgent feelings of needing the toilet  but the trips aren't always successful.....

My mom has crohn's so I sorta know what you mean...
maybe you need to see your gastro again?
Maybe you are developing an intolerance to certain foods that you didn't have before?
