anyone workout outside in the heat?
I didn't on Sat-Mon, but thought this evening would be OK...holy hades! it was hot, humid and the air was just stagnant!

I've been running and have done my running early in the morning. Yesterday, I went out at 5:30 a.m. - it's better in the morning cuz the air is cool from the overnight...at night, everything is still hot from the day.

I agree with this. I went today at 6:30...It's already in the 70's but much cooler than the evening.

I went Monday evening and it was still hot as heck. But I didn't mind it...some crazy part of me loves to sweat.

I didnt workout outside but i did go to the gym for the past few nights and its been hot!!

I do usually go in mornings, but DH told me it was supposed to get windy on tuesday night - so I thought that I could hit the beginning of that - NOPE!
