speak to your supervisor about the best course of action. Express concern on sending a consistent message to the customer through all departments and channels. I find that taking a non-personal angle helped not make me look catty.

When I had someone try to cut me out, I clearly sent out a few emails laying down the law. Outsiders saw it as me being efficient and on top of my work, but backstabber got the message. And my supervisor was copied on every email.
