Honestly the basic necessities...diapers, wipes, or clothes or formula (if the mom is not breastfeeding). It is soooo expensive to have two to feed, diaper and clothe. I remember my uncle one christmas when the boys were three months old brought me 3 boxes of formula (18 cans). I was more excited about that then all the toys they were given that christmas.
Someone also gave me 5 bags of diapers at their shower and I used it up so fast.
Now I love when people get them clothes. They get toys all the time and to go out to even Old Navy now and buy them 3 outfits each costs me close to $100.
So that is what I would say.

i agree diapers, wipes and formula (if needed). It may seem impersonal but trust me they will be thanking you.

I agree....I also got diapers at my shower and was so surprised how fast they went.

Gift cards- This way when they are in need of dipers, wipes, formula they have extra money to buy it.

I agree!
I didn't get many onesies that were twin-related, wish I had. And definitely wipes, Butt Paste, diapers, etc.

Twin related onesies I would have loved to get them, but all of the necessities are very helpful and appreciated.
Are you looking for soemthing for her? or for her shower?
I did get this picture frame with a twins poem in it that was great too. It was the only one I have seen that was not religious and it is perfect.

Gift cards.. and also something maybe personinlized like Burp cloths are somesort of twin onezie or bib is really cute as well
