This could only happen to me
i'm at the gym this morning. after i did some cardio, i do some jump rope. i do it for 30 seconds then rest a minute. go back to it then i pull something in my back. who pulls something in their back jump rope...me. i had to leave work and go to the doctor. some way to start the weekend

thanks. not sure if i twisted in my sleep last nite but it hurts more. i may go back for another treatment today
