please help me
I am having bad cramping and tightness every few minutes in my lower belly...
my doctors aren't in yet can anyone help me..
my mom said its pretty normal but i am nervus..

I think at your stage in pregnancy, this is pretty normal. Don't worry - call the doctor and they will check. It's probably Braxtin Hicks (sp)

Yes on & off you should experience it. It's your body prepping for labor. Think of it this way if you didn't get the cramping now & then during your last trimester, you'd have to have all of it during labor - so it's not so bad to stretch it out over time.
As everyone else said, hyrdation does help with the B&H.
