Re: 4th of July Menu
Wow, how many people are you having? That is a ton of food.
We are only having about 7 people over so our menu is small.
We will have:
chips and dip another appetizer that I have yet to think of because I want something different.
Hamburgers Hotdogs BBQ Chicken
Tortellini Salad Asian Broccoli Slaw Salad one other side dish that is not a salad that I have again yet to think of.
I will have ice pops for the kids and my guests are taking care of the other desserts. I was thinking about making the flag cake too because I love how it looks and the fresh berries.

Re: 4th of July Menu
A suggestion would be griled sweet potatoes. They are delicious when you grill them and baste with a honey butter mixture.

Re: 4th of July Menu
We are having 30-40 people. A lot of the guys won't be arriving until after the Yankee game. That is why I am doing hamburgers and hot dogs first. They should hold everyone over until the game is over.
Appetizers Chips and Dips (salsa, spinach, guacamole dips) Veggie Platter French bread and cheese platter Fruit platter Hamburgers Veggie Burgers Hot Dogs Beans
Dinner London Broil Marinated Chicken Sausage and Peppers Macaroni Salad Potato Salad Orzo Salad Green Salad Corn and Black Bean Salad
Dessert Ice Cream Sundae bar for the kids Trifle Most of the guests said they would bring dessert so it will be a mystery until then.
