BBQ menu help-What am I missing?
Can someone please help me with my menu for a bbq? Should I add or change anything?
Apps-
Veggie Platter
Cheese/crackers -(brought by guest)
unknown appitizer-brought by guest
Main-
Marinated Chicken on bbq
Hamburgers/Cheese
Hot Dogs
Pasta Salad-Brought by a guest
Regular Tossed salad
Dessert-
Crumb Cake
Fruit
Cake-made by guest.
Beer, Wine, Soda, Water
I feel like I should add something or change something. It just does not seem good....hmm...

What about corn on the cobb or grilled red potatoes? I feel like a veggie is missing, but besides that I think you have everything covered

Umm, what about.....
sliced steak - JD has a delicious terriaki marinade that's amazing on flank steaks
potato salad
grilled veggies
shish kabobs

I would add in a hot vegetable - corn on the cob or grilled veggies maybe. I would also have baked beans and the salads- cole slaw and potato.
