I am going to send a thank you letter by email and also by regular mail.

Can someone please give me some tips in writting this email?

I would keep it short and sweet..

Thank you for taking the time to meet with me regarding so and so position. After meeting with you I feel that my skills and qualifications are a great match for the positon... I look fwd to hearing from you blah blah blah...

Thanks - I already did it and its in the envelope all sealed up. I had help from the person that wrote up my resume.
