Thank you so much for your concern  .
The appt went really well...after waiting an agonizing 3 hours for this doctor (she had an emergency to deal with). She took her time and was extremely thorough and answered every question I had. We got good news all around...there is NOTHING wrong with us medically or genetically (what happened...as this doctor put it was just "really bad luck") and we've been given the go ahead to try for another baby as soon as we're ready.
I hope people won't think we're crazy for wanting to try again soon...this is not a replacement for Patrick by any means...but the fear I'm going to have in a future pregnancy is going to be there whether we try now or in a year from now...

Jen - I was glad to hear your appointment went well. You and DH will know when it is time to try again and no one will think you crazy for it. You can never replace Patrick in your lives or in your heart - he will be with you forever. I truly hope one day you are able to share your love for Patrick with his brothers and sisters
