My favorite way to cook pork chops is so easy, but doesn't really use any of your ingredients.
I heat up a frying pan w/ olive oil to coat the bottom and a tablespoon of butter. Salt & pepper one side, put that side down for a minute to sear it. Salt & pepper the other side, then flip it to sear that side. After a minute or so (it should brown quickly), cover and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 4 minutes (maybe not even that long depending on how thick the chops are). SOOO delicious, and it's done in 10 minutes!

Set the oven to warm Pan fry the pork chops in some vegetable oil after seasoning them with some spices Once the pork chops are cooked, put them on a plate and place them in the warm oven Using the left over oil add the apricot preserves and heat it until it is melted. Pour the reserve over the pork chop.
