Need Help !! Ideas for Going Away Party?
Our good friend is moving to NC and we are planning a night on a Friday to help send her off .........Of course, I get put in charge and they give me a week and 1/2's notice .......
Anyone of anyplace in Nassau that may accomodate 15-20 people on a price fix menu ??
The bar is the easy part - it's the dinner that's a PITA b/c we have parts of the group who are cheapos !!!

no idea where you are looking to do this nassau or suffolk but there is the old speonk inn that has a price fixed menu (that is amazing) you have to be there before a certain time, but they also have a very large bar with an outdoor area for afterwards. this is one of DH's fav. places!! the food is amazing!

Thanks - that looks great but we're all in Nassau and I'm dealing w/ a group of PITAs - No one wants to travel too far, pay too much, start too late etc etc etc !! -
