WW-Daily Menu's
I've seen this on the WW message boards and thought maybe the WW people on here might be interested in doing it on here. Maybe it'll give each other ideas to have some variety!
Basically, you write what you eat for each meal and how many points it is ...
Breakfast Stop & Shop Cream of Farina (Brown Sugar Cinnamon) with 1/4 cup skim milk - 2.5 points 1 Cup Raspeberries - 1 point 1 Cup Coffee with 2 tbs skim milk - 0.5 points total: 4 points
Mid-Morning Snack 2 cups whole Strawberries - 1 point 1 cup Celestial Seasonings Orange Spice Tea total: 1 point
Lunch: Lean Cusine Chicken with Peanut Sauce - 6 points
Mid-Afternoon Snack 1 Cup of coffee with 2 tbs skim milk - 0.5 points total points: 0.5
Dinner: haven't gotten that far yet, but it'll be chicken with brown rice and veggies, just not sure how I am making it or how many points it will be...
