How do you know when to say "Enough is enough" to get a job?

I emailed a resume this past Monday evening-rec'd a call Tues AM met with the person on Tues afternoon. This woman does the hiring for the company-and I'd interview with the manager of the company on Monday.

In the meantime I have to.....
1-do an online typing test
2-do an online Excel test
3-do an online Word test
(PS #2 & #3 I am having issues getting to run!)
4-do a 200-250 word writing assignment.

With that in mind- I am also going to reschedule a vacation I JUST booked as if they hire me, I would start beginning of August (vaca is end of Aug) and they are not keen on the idea of me potentially missing 8 days of work (mentioned this to the person I met with Tues).

When do I say, enough already-you want me or you don't! I have been actively looking for work for 1-2 months, and this is the first BIG positive lead, and it'd be a great opportunity for me.

TIA

Wow, you heard from them so fast. You are doing the tests at home? I'm surprised they didn't give it to you when you met w/them. What kind of job are you applying for? Best of luck.

If you really want the job - then never you never say "enough" sorry...

Good Luck!

It is hard for me to say enough already! The job is a senior customer service rep. I do not want to say too much - don't want to jinx it (I have barely said anything to my dad-and the trip I am changing is to his house!)

The online tests are thru a website called skillcheck. I had no luck accessing it numerous times. The person I met with (who is giving me the test) gave me a phone # for tech support-I'll be calling them today.

Thank you--I am not ready to throw in the towel, but feel like I am "dancing" and not sure I will get the job.

sounds pretty standard. they need to make sure you have the skills.

You are not there yet. Get the programs to run, take the test and follow up with an email.
