I'm making BLT dip...but can I ....
Do you think I can make it now...and let it sit in the fridge until tongiht?
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. bacon
2 med. tomatoes
Cook bacon until crispy, drain grease, dice tomatoes, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, bacon and tomatoes, mix well. Serve with toast.
The only thing I add is diced lettuce.

make the dip part but add the tomatoes nad lettuce later on before you serve it

i agree! i also like my bacon crispy, so i might wait to add that, too... just so the mayo doesn't make it all mushy.. this sounds like a realy good dip!! do you serve it with chips or bread or what??

oh crap...I already started cooking the bacon...is that ok????
I do like pita chips, or crackers, or rightbefore i serve it I toaste white breaad...and cut into triangles.

I make a BLT dip similar to this with a few more ingredients and steps involved. When I make it, I usually do it the night before and it is still fine.
