Really yummy pasta recipe - Tortiglioni with zucchini and tomatoes

I found it on the back of a package of pasta - it came out really well!
Its essentially pasta with chicken, zucchini and tomatoes:


16 oz package of Tortigliono (but it doesnt really matter what kind you use)
1/4 cup olive oil (you could use less!)
1 cup diced zucchini (I cut up 2 small ones)
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
2 tbsp basil
2 tbsp cilantro
3 tbsp garlic, minced
2 1/2 c tomato sause
salt and pepper to taste
parmesan cheese to top

Cook the pasta as directed. Meanwhile, add olive oil to preheated pan. Saute chicken for 4 minutes. Add Add zucchini, tomatoes, herbs and garlic. Cook for an additional 4 minutes. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 min. Salt and pepper to taste . Drain the pasta and portion into bowls, top the pasta with the chicken, zucchini and tomato mixture . Top with parmesan and serve.

This sounds very very good. I just wish I could convince DH that zuchinni is good. I am going to make this anyways.
