Guided Imagery?
DH and I had to meet with a stress manager last night (yeah, $175 to chat for an hour -- why not just ADD to my stress!!). Anyway, she recommended Guided Imagery for Infertility by Belleruth Naperstak. THen I saw Ariella posted something about Guided Imagery..... so I was wondering, has anyone tried this? If sho, any feedback?? TIA and BD to all...

I think i read something about that in the book Inconceivable. It sounds ineresting, and great if it works.

Pffffffffff it was interesting til we had to pull the checkbook out!! 
Didn't Kreiner make you see a Stress Management person? They told us it was obligatory.
Honestly I get more out of talking to the ladies on this board.

Yes, my pampered chef party....anyway, I know someone who did Reiki to help get p.g. and she loved it. I tried it and really enjoyed the experienced. Isn't guided imagery along the lines of creative visualization?
