Scrambled Eggs in Chinese Food!
Why, oh Why do you do this?
If I ordered Egg Foo Young I would expect there to be eggs..
If I ordered Fried Rice, I have learned to tell them no eggs...
But when I ordered Vegetable Lo Mein, I do not expect eggs in it! Eggs are not a veggie...DISGUSTING!!
What a waste of money tonight!

I'll preface this by saying......I am not an egg person!
But, when ordering chinese food, It is a MUST that I have scrambled eggs in my rice. Actually, that is how dh and I rate new chinese restaurants. If there is no egg in the rice, we will not go back to that restaurant.

I too love eggs but not in my lo mein!
P.S. the way you feel about egg is the way I feel about peas. And apparently they choose to put peas in any old thing they wish that no matter what I order, I ask for no peas..."Yes, i'd like an egg roll, no peas please." Eff them if they look at me funny

I know I have found a "real" chinese place when they use Eggs in the fried rice... and the rice is not nasty yellow or orange, its actually light brown YUM!
