Uh oh...
My company is not doing well and then just asked me to make a company bible on how I do everything I do and what exactly I do.
They said this way if I am out they know what to do. But they were very uncomfortable talking to me about this.
For some reason I don't believe that at all

I have to do this with every project I work on, we call it a Process Document.
My best advice is Flow Chart, Flow Chart, Flow Chart.
