221 Mount Pleasant Rd in Smithtown. Right off of 347. I saw her a few times several years ago and she was very good.

This is my dad's endocrinologist. (She was also my grandmothers and was wonderful with her). She is absolutely wonderful but hard to get an appt. with. When my dad was in the hospital (not for a diabetes related illness) she still came to visit him every day! I went to see her once and I would totally go if I didn't live in Nassau!!!!!

I love her but had a huge issues with their office this pregnancy that even resulted in a complaint being filed with the state and the state having to get involved.
