Re: For fellow WW dieters...I need to kow how many points...
But eggs are not a zero point food...if you want to be technical, you had 2/3 of a point which rounds up to one.
When I did WW I always prefered to over estimate the points then low ball it because I didn't lose when I did that.

I absolutely agree! I always over estimate the points, this way it guarantees that I will lose weight.

I know one of my friends that did points never measured anything and 'rough guessed' the points and was surprised when she didn't lose any weight. I kept telling her a WW tbls of mayo is not the same as yours...LOL
I did WW for a few months a couple of years ago and it took a while to be comfortable enough to eyeball measurements.

Yes, I can see that it would take that long. I have been on it for 3 weeks now. I write down every little thing and it is working for me, I will continue for as long as I need to. I am very happy with WW.

How were her measurements different from WW? if she measured a tbls of mayo with a measuring spoon how would that differ from WW measuring...

Re: For fellow WW dieters...I need to kow how many points...
Because she wasn't using a measuring spoon, she was using a regular spoon from the drawer like a soup spoon which is bigger.
