DOn't know what to do
we're going to the in laws tomorrow. we're meeting dh's uncle for the first time. he's in from isreal. don't know how to plan my meals for tomorrow. the only logical choice is to have low point foods so i have plenty for the evening. the down side...i need to get weighed in on friday

Gail sounds like a great plan. I would try to have low-point yet filling foods. Maybe egg whites for breakfast, fruits and veggies as snacks, and something light like a low-fat soup for lunch.
I really wouldn't stress weigh-in though. Life happens and you may be up on Friday just because you are eating something different or because of salt or something like that. Enjoy yourself and know that if the number on Friday isn't something you're happy with, there is always next week - because this is for life!
