Disney Dining Plan question
How do they know its "you" who is using the plan? My mom also got the plan and a few nights she is going to stay in and watch the kids while we go out to dinner (she's also on Jenny Craig so she doesnt mind). Would I be able to use her dining plan points?

Re: Disney Dining Plan question
Well yes and no - are you all in one room on one plan? If so then it will be easier. See they put them on the room keys. Not each individual room key - but they are all lumped on the rooms keys - so if there are 2 adults and 2 kids on the plan - you would have 4 cards - BUT you only give the server one card - since they are all linked. You can theoretically use all your points in one day if you so desire.
So you would have 2 adult and 2 kids credits. You will have that many credits per night lumped together - you can use them all at once or over the course of the week. That is your choice.
If you mom is in another room though - you would have to take her room key and sign her name when you do it - so that is more about if you are comfortable with that sort of thing or not. Disney frowns on that sort of thing though they are supposed to be non transferable.
