Have you ever made up a scenario to a question asked during an interview?

I totally did this last week, and made myself laugh afterwards. I'm such a bad liar I always give tons of details and did the same thing in this situation. The question was... Tell me about a situation in which you advocated for someone and the outcome was positive and also state a situation in which you feel looking back you could have done more to advocate in a situation but didn't.

wow, I had to do it on several questions I can never EVER think of a situaton that would work as a good answer so I always have to make a few I thought everyone did that
