I hate listening to guys at the gym...
groan and make all sorts of noises when lifting it's so disturbing to me. An occasional whew! in a kickboxing class is one thing but c'mon.

LOL Yea I know. When I used to go the gym.......I couldnt beleive the noises that came out of these guys....it was almost embarrasing.

its like they can't start their next set until they have touched themselves 3 times.
