Marley and Me
Has anyone read the book? I just posted on the Storybood thread and said it was a great book. I read it with my puppy sleeping next to me. When I finished reading the book, I gave my dog the biggest hug and a treat.

I'm in the middle of reading it now...it's funny because I have a 9 and 1/2 month old yellow lab puppy, and the story is so familiar that it's scary....

I have the book but haven't started it yet. I bought it at Target weeks ago because the picture on the front was so cute!!
DH read it in a day!!

I got it from the library and read it in two days...crying through the last three chapters. DH read it a few days later and admitted to crying also, he said it reminded him so much of his lab growing up.

My DH too!! And when he called me to tell me he had finished it, he said I wasn't allowed to read the end!!!

I just finished it also, and cried at the end. Especially because my baby Gizmo is now 14 years old and showing some signs of aging like Marley did I enjoyed it overall though.

The author is doing a book signing at Barnes & Noble (The big one by Stop & SHop in Carle place). I think March 10th, double check the date if interested...
