Approximately 1 year ago I started my post-partum diet.
i was up over 80 lbs between both kiddies.
I was pretty relucatant to weigh myself this morning since I am bloated and feeling blah (you get the picture).
Well I am at a new "low".
I am currently down about 46.5 lbs. I am more than half way there and super excited.
It has been coming off very slowly but that's ok because I want it to be permanent.
I am finally fitting into 10's. (This time last year I was in a 20)
Ideally I would like to lose 50 more, but I really don't know how possible it will be to get to my HS weight. I will be happy with 20 more. Anymore than that is bonus!
