Edt: What's the best non-Disney hotel to stay at closest to Epcot?

I'm looking for something like a Marriott or Sheraton that's quick to Epcot and that has a kitchen/kitchenette. Thanks!

DH and I are staying at Sheraton Vistana Resort in September. It looks really nice and is centrally located I think. There's 7 pools, rooms have kitchens or kitchenettes, pool bar, 3 restaurants, etc. He stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Villages once before and that is right in Independence Boulevard.

We stayed at the Best Western Lake Buena Vista Resort Hotel and liked it. It's walking distance to Downtown Disney and there's a free shuttle to the parks so you don't have to pay for parking there.

sheraton's vistana is amazing. my in laws all have timeshares (i mean like his whole family) and go twice a year. beautiful resort, tons of things to do. pretty cheap. depending on what time of the year you go, i might be able to get you a room because my cousin (in law?) has a room and can't use it this year since she'll be at school. fm me if you're interested.
