I feel gross
due to a back injury that happened last sunday, i haven't been able to get into the gym or run... i'm beyond frustrated! I feel so blah....
I've tried heating pads, aspirins and DH rubbing the spot until I can't take it anymore... .it hurts less each day, but not enough to workout...
Just needed to vent because I actually started crying last night out of frustration!

I know exactly how you feel. I was supposed to do a fitness competition about 6 years ago and got hit by a car riding my bike. I was crying when the ambulance driver asked me “Does it hurt really bad??” I said “You don’t understand, now I can’t work out!”
I do have advice of do not go back until you’re really healed, or you may wind up making it even worse. I have been working out almost 17 years, and in the grand scheme of things a few weeks of rest will not hurt you at all, they may even help you do even better when you CAN go back!
The best thing you can do is to just try to eat really healthy – it may make you feel a little better at least!!
