need ideas for bachelorette party dinner....

ok.. so heres the deal. my friend is getting married labor day weekend, her bridal party is only 2 people and they are both out of state. they didn't plan a shower or bachelorette for her.
SO a group of us are gonna have a combo mini shower/bachelorette party for her. we're gonna meet at my house- give her presents, and have dinner... and then head into the city to go to awesome 80s prom!
the problem is... we're trying to figure out what to have to eat. it has to be simple because we a time limit because we have to make it in for the show. i'm thinking some type of casserole type deal so that we can make it the day before and then just heat it up quickly that day... BUT the bride doesn't really like cheese so anything like lasagna or baked ziti is out...
there will be 6 of us total... any ideas?!?!?

I would just order in. Chinese, sushi, heros etc...I wouldn't want to cook or clean up after cooking before a night out with the gals.

Or if you really want to cook...a huge pot of turkey chili and rice is good for crowds, easy to make (and reheat)...and very filling before a night of drinking. Have fun!
