ITA! Don't get down on yourself because one day, or even a few days, is not going to have such a negative affect in the grand scheme of things. Anyone who's tried to get back in shape has been there. When I first joined WW after having DS, I followed it methodically and berated myself if I so much as looked at a cookie. Now, I realize it's okay to cheat every once in a while. Everything in moderation. If you get a craving for something that you don't think you should have, have a few bites and then tell yourself, loudly, "That was good but I'm done now". You'll have indulged your craving but still stay in control of the situation.

Hang in there. Chat Icon

Don't get discouraged! Chat Icon After two weeks is the hard part. Honeymoon is over and your mind wants to go back to what it was comfortable doing.

Fill up on more veggies. Plan all of your meals. Keep low point snacks in your bag. Make sure you get your 4 or 5 meals and snacks. Eat all of your points, but use them wisely.

Good luck, you will get through this. Chat Icon

The key is to eat enough that you're not hungry and give into cravings. I'd say weeks 3-5 are the HARDEST, so I made sure I would eat a small, healthy snack, either fruit, veggies, light yogurt, cottage cheese or a light cheese with crackers, every 1-2 hours. It starves off the ridiculous cravings, and also jumpstarts your metabolism.

I agree with all the pp, especially with what Steph said...the honeymoon is over, reality sets in. This IS hard but it is completely worth it!! Chat Icon

If you need help, maybe post a few of your menus so we can see what you are working with? I find that if I don't eat healthier, non-processed foods I am ALWAYS hungry. I make it a point to eat and snack on foods that I know will satisfy me and hold me over.
