how to sign up for 5k
I looked on the Long Island Races website and picked a 5k to run. They provided an email for that day, so I emailed the address asking what I need to do to sign up. That was 3 days ago... maybe the email was wrong 
How do you sign up for a 5k?

I sign up for them online via the GLIRC or NYRRC. Usually both have links to races in their respective areas.

I haven't found the one i'm looking for yet, so I think I'll go back and see if there's a phone number...
I'm definitely marking these other sites though, they are great!
