well wanted to share...
that hubby and I joined a gym about 3 months ago... I lost around 25 pounds and he lost about 45

thanks ladies..well 1st off I don't eat ANY bread, haven't in about 3 months or longer. And we eat healthy, all those 100 calorie packs, snacks, fruits and lots of salad! We go to the gym about 6 days a week. I do cardio for like 35-40 min then do weights, and swith off everyday! It's easier once you get started

I have a question. Did you go first thing am or at night? I havent lost a thing (i go AM) and am thinking of going in the nights instead.
