WW ladies...
I'm kind of excited, but I'm not sure at the same time. My sister called me at work and said as an early B-day present she wanted to pay for 10 weeks of WW for me! I'm really happy, but yet I'm not sure if I can do it! I'm a REALLY picky eater, and I eat out a lot. I can't seem to find the time to cook with my DH not being home at night a lot and with my 17 month old son.
I've posted before that I've been working out and eating a lot better for 9 months now and have only gained weight. I haven't even lost a pound! So that's why I'm really excited about the chance of doing it. What do you think? Do you think I can do it? Is it really hard? Thanks!

Well, I am on it for 3 weeks now and I love it! If, I had know that it was this easy...I would have joined WW a LONG time ago. I would suggest that instead of ordering out, you buy the smart ones meals. They are very tasty and it makes the point tracking a lot easier. Also, going to the meetings help me a lot. It keeps me motivated. It is nice to see that there are other people out there who are going through the exact same things you are!
Best of luck to you!

Re: WW ladies...
That's a great gift!!
WW pretty much lets you eat whatever you like now. If it's points, you stop when you reach your quota for the day. If you do the core program, stick to the foods that are on their list which seems to be pretty diverse.
I agree with dld4e in terms of eating in, it's much much easier to control your portions at home then when you are out.
Good luck!

Re: WW ladies...
Hi! You can totally handle WW...trust me, if I can do it you can. I love eating, and had the worst habits, but I joined in February and am still going strong. Once you get used to WW it is easy. It is about changing habits, and once you get used to what you can eat it doesnt seem so hard. I am here if you need anything. Christy
