Willow Valley, Lancaster question

We're thinking of doing a family weekend away and I was looking at Willow Valley... the only rooms available for the nights we want to go are the ones in the South Wing... the ones that are separate from the whole building..... Is that bad? I'm thinking it's good because you're away from the noise etc....

I don't think its bad. I myself like to stay in the main building but I love Willow Valley that if I had to I would stay there. All of it is really nice.

Re: Willow Valley, Lancaster question

We stayed in the main buliding. But there was something worng with the water temparture and I nearly got scallded from the hot water/cold water, they never picked up the front desk phone Dh went down to tell them and they said they were busy, NO ONE was waiting at the desk, they were TOO LAZY to pick up the phone and we needed extra pillows and they ran out of them. The part with me getting burnt by the water in the shower when I switched it to cold really put the icing on the cake for me, they took money off of our bill, but I am in no rush to go back there anytime soon. JMHO. Up until all of that happened the place was nice, after that, was a no brainer we are not going back to stay there.Chat Icon
