WW and food ??
Can anyone give me a few idea's on what to eat for breakfast and lunch? Thanks
How many points can I have per day if I am under 150lbs? 18?

You can have 20pts/day.
My food normally consists of:
Breakfast:
Fiber one choc. chip bar- 1pt and some grapes/half a grapefruit
I also really love the special K red berry waffles with a spray of ICBINB and some Cary's sugar free syrup
Lunch-
100cal english muffin with a tablespoon of Peanut Butter.
BLT on whole wheat bread made with turkey bacon
100 cal soup (I think progresso makes it)
Dinner-
I normally cook what I would for my family- so I eat "normal" things- but I either cook mine differently or watch the portion.
So I have raviolis chicken cutlet sliced thin and baked with shake -n- bake baked pot. brown rice vegetable salad pasta and sauce
I also give myself a snack after lunch and sometime after dinner...
I love the sugar free italian ices, or the skinny cow ices creams. I also go to TCBY and get a kids cup of the sugar free flavor of the day.
I love the 100 cal pack chips..
WASA crackers with cream cheese
sugar free jello or pudding...
The beauty of weight watchers is you can eat ANYTHING- you just gotta watch your portion.

For breakfast, I usually have
a ww muffin or Cheerios w/ skim plus milk or egg whites
For lunch, I usually have
cold cuts on a 100 cal bagel or Smart ones or Peanut Butter & Jelly
