What is for dinner tonight?
As I type, I have the crockpot on, beef goulash- stew meat, onions, carrots, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. YUM! I love to crockpot just dump ingredients in , turn on, and put on cover it is like someone else has been cooking for you all day!!!

Going to turn the crockpot on during lunch and make some pulled pork, than later make macaroni & cheese and some cherry tomatoes from the garden.

i made beef stroganoff monday- it came out delish!! last night, breaded pork chops, and tonight i will make burgers with roasted potatos.

I Looooove this! I also put potatoes in mine.
Too bad DH won't eat it
ETA: I'm going out to dinner tonight with my mom. We're going to mama's in copiague and since I'm trying to stay low carb I'm having:
Warm Salad: fresh romaine hearts, artichoke hearts, fresh mozzarella tossed in our signature balsamic dressing topped with sauteed onions and peppers
It's sooo yummy! I just have to resist the bread on the table
