Healthy baked goods
Does anyone have any good recipes for some healthy baked goods. Breads, muffins etc. My DS loves stuff like that and I bake him some things, but am looking for some more recipes. Thanks!

Re: Healthy baked goods
trust me ladies. juuuuust trust me.
you will never make a regualr brownie ever again.
the key is using a 9x9 pan- so they are thick (and not dry) and also letting them cool overnight makes them easier to cut.
then again, they taste delicious right out of the oven, with some fat fee vanila bean ice cream.....
try it, you WONT be disappinted

Put in mxing bowl and mix well, it will be thick, DO NOT ADD anything else to the mix. Spray muffin tin with non stick spray , put in, bake at preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. So good!!!!

Re: Healthy baked goods
I am totally into the Deceptively Delicious book by Jessica Seinfeld right now. I don't have kids but I like getting veggies from other places where I normally wouldn't. Check it out, they have a bunch of recipes of healthy baked goods.

Re: Healthy baked goods
Oh god, I have SO many healthy baked good recipes, I wouldn't be able to post them all. I bought a few healthy baking cookbooks that incorporate a lot of vegan, low sugar, whole wheat baking. Anything you're really interested in? I have recipes for muffins, scones, pies, crumbles, cakes, etc.
