Dinner Help

I am having company for dinner tomorrow night and I always make the same things. I either make Italian food or BBQ. Looking for something new!

how about a stuffed pork roast with roasted veggies??

buy a pork roast have the butcher butterfly it for you- basically they cut it so that it lays completely flat and then you can fill it with whatever you like.
there are tons of different recipes out there..- and then roll it and tie it pop it in the oven!

I usually stuff mine the following way - Make a box stovetop stuffing (either pork or cornbread) and add in some chopped apple and a good squirt of maple syrup. Take the butterflied roast and lay the stuffing on top and roll it up. Then I sprinkle the top with Salt/Pepper/garlic powder and bake at 350 until the temperature is done (usually 30-45 mins) Halfway through I will pour a drop more syrup on top. Yum!

i had company last week and made a crockpot turkey. they don't normally eat turkey regularly so the company really liked it.
