Bombard them every day. That's the only way. DH tried for years (with contacts) and never got on.

Yes, that's exactly right. We faxed, emailed and regular mailed DH's resume in weekly. He got called in 8/06. Tell him not to give up. They will often have hiring frenzies so you never know when they will hit. If you want, I can have my DH submit your DH's resume. That always helps. Just FM me if you want to do that. Otherwise, Good luck!
