Do dogs get the hiccups?
Holden appeared to have the hiccups for 2-3 minutes this morning then it passes. Dumb question but do dogs get hicccups?

yes they do! I dont recall my lab ever having them but our other dog has gotten them a few times.

yes they do - and we actually just asked the vet about that this morning. He said that it can happen when the dog either eats too fast --- or in the morning when they wake up.

My dog has gotten them often, the first time I got scared b/c I didn't know what it was, but then I figured it out. I asked the vet and he said it is totally normal and nothing to worry about.

Misty has had them a couple of times, but I think dog's are lucky cuz the hiccups only last a couple of minutes...when I get them they never go away.
