thiose who use nike plus
which sneakers do you have??I want to get a new pair andd I was looking at the Nike+ Shox and the Nike+ Turbo VII

i dont have nike plus (i run in adidas now) but i just wanted to tell you that when iw as running in shox i had terrible knee pain. i wouldnt recommend them for running distances.

I don't know what the plus is, but I have been loyal to Nike Pegasus since junior high.

I have the Nike Air max and they are so comfy to run in. I have had shox in the past and I prefer the air max.
